Who provides the app

Your memories
You retain ownership of the photos, artwork, recordings, notes, and other content you add. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to add and share that content. Do not use the app to create or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Local storage and backups
The app is local-first: your memories are normally stored on your device. You are responsible for making backups and exports that meet your needs. Device loss, damage, deletion, operating-system changes, or an app uninstall may make local content unavailable. We do not operate a cloud backup service for your memories.
Premium
Premium is offered as a lifetime in-app purchase where available. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms and policies. Premium availability and features may change where required by law or platform rules.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable standard licensed application end user license agreement and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the app except as required under applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The current version is posted on this page. If you continue to use the app after an update, the updated terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
